Electronic Documents We may make periodic statements, disclosures, notices, and other documents available to you electronically, and, subject to any delivery and receipt verification procedures required by law, you agree to receive such documents electronically and to check the statements for accuracy. If you believe any such statement contains incorrect information, you must follow the procedures set forth in the Related Agreement(s).
Consent to Electronic Delivery of Documents The Adviser hereby acknowledges and agrees to the Sub-Adviser delivering communications and documents by electronic means rather than traditional mailing of paper copies. By consenting to the electronic delivery of all information relating to the Account, the Adviser authorizes the Sub-Adviser to deliver all communications by e-mail address specified by the Adviser. The Adviser acknowledges possessing the technical ability and resources to receive electronic delivery of documents. The Adviser further consents that the Sub-Adviser may provide in any electronic medium (including via e-mail) any disclosure or document that is required by applicable securities laws to be provided by the Sub-Adviser. The consent granted herein will last until revoked by the Adviser.

Counterparts; Electronic Delivery This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which when executed shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Execution and delivery of this Agreement or any other documents pursuant to this Agreement by facsimile or other electronic means shall be deemed to be, and shall have the same legal effect as, execution by an original signature and delivery in person.

The intent for using this service is to expedite the construction process by reducing paperwork, improving information flow, and decreasing submittal review turnaround time.
Requests For Samples By Authorized Users Requests for samples by Authorized Users require the consent of the Contractor. Where Contractor refuses to furnish a sample, Authorized User may, in its sole discretion, make a determination on the performance capability of the Product or on the issue in question. Electronic Delivery of Documents The Company may, in its sole discretion, deliver any documents related to the Units and participation in the Plan or future grants of Units that may be granted under the Plan, by electronic means unless otherwise prohibited by local law. You hereby consent to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agree to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third party-designated by the Company.

Scope of Communications to Be Provided in Electronic Form When you use a product or service to which this Disclosure applies, you agree that we may provide you with any Communications in electronic format, and that we may discontinue sending paper Communications to you, unless and until you withdraw your consent as described below. Your consent to receive electronic Communications includes, but is not limited to: • All legal and regulatory disclosures and communications associated with your Card Account and any related products or services • Your Cardholder Agreement and any notices about a change in terms of your Cardholder Agreement • Privacy policies and notices • Error resolution policies and notices • Responses to claims filed in connection with your Card Account • Notices regarding insufficient funds or negative balances
