Requests For Samples By Authorized Users. Requests for samples by Authorized Users require the consent of the Contractor. Where Contractor refuses to furnish a sample, Authorized User may, in its sole discretion, make a determination on the performance capability of the Product or on the issue in question. Any samples (evaluation units) furnished to an Authorized User are furnished with the understanding that Authorized User will either return the evaluation units to Contractor after a minimum thirty (30) day evaluation period ( or other mutually agreed to period of time), or the Authorized User will pay the Contractor for the evaluation units in accordance with the payment clause set forth in the Contract.
