Documentary evidence to facilitate return to work. Where the Employee has been on personal leave for at least six weeks the Employer may request that the Employee obtain other documentary evidence from the Employee’s treating Registered Practitioner for the purposes of determining when the Employee can return to work and any reasonable adjustments that may be necessary in the workplace.
