COMMENCEMENT DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. 7.1 This Agreement will come into effect seven days after the date of approval by the Commission. 7.2 This Agreement will nominally expire on 30 June 2025. 7.3 The Agreement will continue to operate after the nominal expiry date in accordance with the provisions of the Act. 7.4 The parties will, six (6) months prior to the nominal expiry date of this Agreement, endeavour to commence negotiations for a replacement Agreement provided that any claim made by any party during this period may not be supported by industrial action.

COMMENCEMENT DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. 3.1 This Agreement will commence operation seven (7) days after it is approved by the FWC and will have a nominal expiry date of 31 December 2019. 3.2 Employees to whom this Agreement applies will receive: (a) Salary increases as provided for in clause 26, with the first increase payable with effect from 1 January 2016; and (b) Increases to allowances, with the first increase payable with effect from 1 January 2016.
