Common use of Documentation and Certification Clause in Contracts

Documentation and Certification. Postdoctoral Scholars may be required to provide a certification completed by an authorized health care provider of the covered servicemember that provides information necessary to establish entitlement to Military Caregiver Leave. In addition, Postdoctoral Scholars may be required to provide certain information (or have the covered servicemember provide that information) establishing that the servicemember is a covered servicemember for purposes of Military Caregiver Leave, his or her relationship with the Postdoctoral Scholar, and an estimate of the leave needed to provide the care.
