Common use of Documentation/Records Clause in Contracts

Documentation/Records. 24.1 The Contractor shall maintain the documentation and records required in accordance with and to the standards set out in each Work Contract. 24.2 Copies of the documentation listed in each Work Contract shall be provided to Client (in electronic format where practicable) in accordance with the procedures set out in each Work Contract. 24.3 The Contractor will develop and maintain all operational documentation necessary for provision of the Services, including the Project Materials.
