Documents for Owner Approval for New Scope. In addition to any other documents which Contractor is required by the other provisions of the Agreement to provide for Owner’s approval, Contractor shall submit copies of the following documents to Owner for formal review and comment. Subject to Section 3.3C of the Agreement, approval will only be required for deliverables relevant to new scope of work beyond the Work defined in Attachment A, including the FEED Documents. Following initial approval by Owner of such documents, Owner rights shall be according to Section 3.3C of the Agreement.
