DOCUMENTS RELATING TO TRANSFER. 8.1 This Agreement has been prepared by the Builder’s Advocates and the Deed of Conveyance in respect of the said Unit shall also be prepared and finalised by the Builder’s Advocates and the Purchaser agrees and undertakes to accept and execute such Deed of Conveyance without asking for any modification thereto.
