Does Not Meet Target.  Upon further review following a preliminary Pending rating, the Commission concludes that there is financial risk such that heightened monitoring and/or intervention may be warranted. A Does Not Meet rating means that even based on more current financial information, the school is not currently meeting the target or concerns previously identified, although not currently manifested, have been of a depth or duration that warrants continued attention.
Does Not Meet Target. A Does Not Meet rating indicates that upon further review following a preliminary Pending rating, the Commission concludes that there is financial risk such that heightened monitoring and/or intervention may be warranted. A Does Not Meet rating means that even based on more current financial information, the school is not currently meeting the target or concerns previously identified, although not currently manifested, have been of a depth or duration that warrants continued attention. A Falls Far Below rating indicates that upon further review following a preliminary Pending rating, the Commission identifies significant financial risk and has concerns about financial viability such that heightened monitoring and/or intervention are necessary. The school’s rating will be based on both the most recent audited financials and more current unaudited financials. The Commission will also consider any relevant context for the school’s financial position that informs the causes of the school’s substantial shortcomings for the area in question. Appropriate monitoring and/intervention will be determined, in part, by how the rating on the standard in question fits within the school’s overall performance on the framework.

  • Exceptional Access to Thick Registration Data In case of a registrar failure, deaccreditation, court order, etc. that prompts the temporary or definitive transfer of its domain names to another registrar, at the request of ICANN, Registry Operator will provide ICANN with up-­‐to-­‐date data for the domain names of the losing registrar. The data will be provided in the format specified in Specification 2 for Data Escrow. The file will only contain data related to the domain names of the losing registrar. Registry Operator will provide the data as soon as commercially practicable, but in no event later than five (5) calendar days following ICANN’s request. Unless otherwise agreed by Registry Operator and ICANN, the file will be made available for download by ICANN in the same manner as the data specified in Section 3.1 of this Specification.

  • RDDS query RTT Refers to the collective of “WHOIS query RTT” and “Web-­‐based-­‐ WHOIS query RTT”.

  • Client Categorisation 4.1. The client understands and accepts that each category of Clients has its individual level of regulative protection acknowledging that Retail Clients have the highest level of protection whereas Professional Clients and Eligible Counterparties are considered to be more experienced, informed, skilled and able to estimate their risk, therefore are provided with a lower level of protection. 4.2. The Company will treat the Client as a Retail Client, Professional Client or Eligible Counterparty, depending on how the Client completes the Application Form and according to the method of categorisation as this method is explained under the title “Client Categorisation” (Appendix II), and by accepting this Agreement the Client accepts application of such method. 4.3. The Client accepts that when categorising the Client and dealing with him, the Company will rely on the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information provided by the Client in his Application Form and the Client has the responsibility to immediately notify the Company in writing if such information changes. 4.4. The Company has the right to review the Client’s Categorisation and change his Categorisation if this is deemed necessary (subject to Applicable Laws).

  • WHOIS query RTT Refers to the RTT of the sequence of packets from the start of the TCP connection to its end, including the reception of the WHOIS response. If the RTT is 5-­‐times or more the corresponding SLR, the RTT will be considered undefined.

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Geographic Area and Sector Specific Allowances, Conditions and Exceptions The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant. Where the Employer does work which falls under the following headings, the Employer agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.

  • Scheduled RDOs on Designated Long Weekends It is recognised that there is merit in programming no work on the RDOs adjacent to public holiday weekends during the working year. This will allow Employees to have quality paid family leisure time.

  • Supported Initial and Renewal Registration Periods a. Initial registrations of Registered Names (where available according to functional specifications and other requirements) may be made in the registry for terms of up to ten years. b. Renewal registrations of Registered Names (where available according to functional specifications and other requirements) may be made in the registry for terms not exceeding a total of ten years. c. Upon change of sponsorship of the registration of a Registered Name from one registrar to another, according to Part A of the ICANN Policy on Transfer of Registrations between Registrars, the term of registration of the Registered Name shall be extended by one year, provided that the maximum term of the registration as of the effective date of the sponsorship change shall not exceed ten years. d. The change of sponsorship of registration of Registered Names from one registrar to another, according to Part B of the ICANN Policy on Transfer of Registrations between Registrars shall not result in the extension of the term of the registration and Registry Operator may assist in such change of sponsorship.

  • Bulk Registration Data Access to Icann Periodic Access to Thin Registration Data. In order to verify and ensure the operational stability of Registry Services as well as to facilitate compliance checks on accredited registrars, Registry Operator will provide ICANN on a weekly basis (the day to be designated by ICANN) with up-to-date Registration Data as specified below. Data will include data committed as of 00:00:00 UTC on the day previous to the one designated for retrieval by ICANN.
