Dog Daycare. I understand that The Luxy Pet Hotel is a cage-free facility utilizing playgroups where multiple dogs interact. I understand that dogs play with their mouth and paws, which can result in nicks and scratches on my pet. While The Luxy Pet Hotel provides reasonable care and supervision in the playgroups, I understand and agree that The Luxy Pet Hotel employees may not notice these nicks or scratches before my pet’s departure and, therefore, I might not be notified.

Dog Daycare. I understand that the Woofington is a cage-free facility utilizing playgroups where multiple dogs will interact. I understand that dogs often play with their mouth and paws, which can result in nicks and scratches on pets. While the Woofington provides reasonable care, trained professionals, and 100% supervision in the playgroups, I understand and agree that it’s possible the Woofington employees may not notice these nicks or scratches before my pet’s departure and, therefore, I might not be notified.

Dog Daycare. I understand that HCPR has a cage-free facility for daycare, utilizing playgroups where multiple dogs interact. I understand that dogs play with their mouth and paws, which can result in nicks and scratches on my pet. While HCPR provides reasonable care and supervision in the playgroups, I understand and agree that HCPR employees may not notice these nicks or scratches before my pet’s departure and, therefore, I might not be notified.

Dog Daycare. I understand that The Pawington is a cage-free facility utilizing playgroups where multiple dogs interact. I understand that dogs play with their mouth and paws, which can result in nicks and scratches on my pet. While The Pawington provides reasonable care and supervision in the playgroups, I understand and agree that The Pawington employees may not notice these nicks or scratches before my pet’s departure and, therefore, I might not be notified.

Dog Daycare. I understand that Waggin Tails Pet Services is a cage‐free facility utilizing playgroups where multiple dogs interact. I understand that dogs play with their mouth and paws, which can result in nicks and scratches on my pet. While Waggin Tails Pet Services provides reasonable care and supervision in the playgroups, I understand and agree that Waggin Tails Pet Services employees may not notice these nicks or scratches before my pet’s departure and, therefore, I might not be notified.

Related to Dog Daycare

Childcare 8.1. One third credit shall be given where a teacher resigns or takes leave from the New Zealand teaching service in order to care for her/his own children provided that the teacher was a certificated teacher (or equivalent) at the time of resigning or taking leave, otherwise no credit will be given.
Wage Scale The wages shown in Appendix A will be part of this Agreement.
School Day The school day for members of the bargaining unit shall not exceed seven and one-half (7½) hours of consecutive time which shall include a duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period of no less than thirty (30) minutes.
Monday morning The employee should not work more than 16 hours without an 8 hour break.
Christmas Day Melbourne Cup Day (or alternative days in regional areas);
Number Resources, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points 8.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or otherwise adversely affect in any manner either Party’s right to employ or to request and be assigned any Central Office Codes (“NXX”) pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines and any relevant FCC or Commission orders, as may be amended from time to time, or to establish, by Tariff or otherwise, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points corresponding to such NXX codes. 8.2 It shall be the responsibility of each Party to program and update its own switches and network systems pursuant to information provided in the LERG in order to recognize and route traffic to the other Party’s assigned NXX codes. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, neither Party shall impose any fees or charges whatsoever on the other Party for such activities. 8.3 Unless otherwise required by Commission order, the Rate Center Areas will be the same for each Party. During the term of this Agreement, Onvoy shall adopt the Rate Center Area and Rate Center Points that the Commission has approved for Frontier within the LATA and Tandem serving area. Onvoy shall assign whole NPA-NXX codes to each Rate Center Area unless otherwise ordered by the FCC, the Commission or another governmental entity of appropriate jurisdiction, or the LEC industry adopts alternative methods of utilizing NXXs. 8.4 Onvoy will also designate a Routing Point for each assigned NXX code. Onvoy shall designate one location for each Rate Center Area in which the Onvoy has established NXX code(s) as the Routing Point for the NPA-NXXs associated with that Rate Center Area, and such Routing Point shall be within the same LATA as the Rate Center Area but not necessarily within the Rate Center Area itself. Unless specified otherwise, calls to subsequent NXXs of Onvoy will be routed in the same manner as calls to Xxxxx’s initial NXXs. 8.5 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, nothing in this Agreement is intended, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed, to in any way constrain Onvoy’s choices regarding the size of the local calling area(s) that Onvoy may establish for its Customers, which local calling areas may be larger than, smaller than, or identical to Frontier’s local calling areas.
Wage Scales All workers covered by this Agreement shall be classified and paid in accordance with the classification and wage scales as attached as Appendices "A" and forming part of this Agreement.
Sleeping Room Rate(s) A. The Contractor shall provide sleeping rooms to the Attendees at the following rate during the Program: i. For single occupancy room, $@@@.@@ per night per room. B. The Contractor agrees that it will waive all applicable taxes and surcharges for Attendees listed on the Master Account Approval List, pursuant to the Hotel/Motel Transient Occupancy Tax Waiver (Exemption Certificate for State Agencies) form signed by the Judicial Council and included in this Agreement in Exhibit H. C. The Contractor may xxxx tax and/or surcharges, and/or tourism fees, if any, in addition to as included in the sleeping room rate, as set forth in this provision. D. The Contractor shall extend the sleeping room rate to Attendees two (2) Days before the Program and two (2) Days after the Program based on availability.
Christmas or New Year's Day Off The Employer agrees to make every reasonable effort to ensure that employees required to work shift shall have at least Christmas Day or the following New Year's Day off.
Garden 3.15.1 To keep gardens, window boxes or grounds in good order; the paths tidy, the grass cut and borders weeded and in the same style and condition as at the commencement of the Tenancy. The Tenant has no obligation to top lop, prune or trim any tree, xxxx or shrub which is the responsibility of the Landlord. 3.15.2 To cut the grass regularly during the growing season. 3.15.3 Not, alter the existing design, content or layout of the garden or grounds without the prior written consent of the Landlord or Landlord’s Agent and will water all plants during any dry periods subject to any restrictions relating to the watering of gardens imposed by the relevant local water supplier. 3.15.4 Keep the garden patio or decking (if any) clear and free from any surface deposits, such as algae and xxxx during the Tenancy. 3.15.5 Not permit, keep or bring into the garden or grounds portable buildings, vans, commercial vehicles, boats, huts or sheds without the prior written consent of the Landlord or Landlord’s Agent, which cannot be unreasonably withheld. At the end of this Tenancy the Tenant will remove all such items and make good the garden or grounds to the Landlord’s reasonable satisfaction.
