Domains of Responsibility. A. The parties to this Agreement recognize that treatment court participants often have com- plex treatment and social service needs as well as substantial criminal justice involvement. Medical providers and core members of the treatment court team must, therefore, work col- laboratively within their respective domains of expertise to ensure participants receive safe and effective treatment while desisting from dangerous or criminal activity and following the rules of the program.
