Domestic Iron and Steel Certification. Pursuant to Sections 2252.201-2252.205 of the Texas Government Code, and except as otherwise expressly authorized in writing by Owner, Contractor shall require that any iron or steel product produced through a manufacturing process and used in the Project is produced in the United States. Contractor will require that each subcontract includes this same requirement.
