Domestic Procedures. The Government agrees to proceed in a timely manner to complete all of its domestic requirements for this Compact to enter into force. This Compact, upon entry into force, shall prevail over the domestic laws of Mongolia, as a matter of Mongolian domestic law. The Parties understand that, consistent with Mongolian law, prior to the Government sending the letter described in Section 7.3, this Compact is to be submitted to and approved by the State Great Khural (Parliament of Mongolia).
Domestic Procedures. The Government will proceed in a timely manner to complete all of its domestic requirements for this Compact to enter into force. The Parties understand that this Compact, upon entry into force, will prevail over the domestic laws of Morocco.

The Parties understand that this Compact, upon entry into force, shall prevail over the laws of Mozambique with the exception of the constitution of Mozambique.
Domestic Procedures. The Government shall proceed in a timely manner to complete all of its domestic requirements for this Compact to enter into force. The Parties understand that this Compact and the PIA, upon entry into force, shall prevail over the domestic laws of Senegal.

The Parties understand that this Compact and the PIA, upon entry into force, shall prevail over the laws of Timor-Leste with the exception of the constitution of Timor-Leste.

The Parties understand that this Compact and the PIA, upon entry into force, shall prevail over the laws of Sierra Leone with the exception of the constitution of Sierra Leone. The Parties further understand that, consistent with Sierra Leone law, prior to Sierra Leone sending the letter described in Section 7.3, this Compact is to be submitted to and approved by the Parliament of Sierra Leone.

The Parties understand that this Compact, upon entry into force, will prevail over the domestic laws of Côte d’Ivoire. The Parties further understand that, consistent with Côte d’Ivoire law, prior to the Government sending the letter described in Section 7.3, this Compact is to be submitted to and approved by the National Assembly of Côte d’Ivoire.
Domestic Procedures. Zambia shall proceed in a timely manner to complete all of its domestic requirements for this Compact and the Program Implementation Agreement to enter into force, including ratification and domestication of the Compact and the Program Implementation Agreement. The Parties further understand that, consistent with Zambian law, prior to Zambia sending the letter described in Section 7.3, this Compact and the Program Implementation Agreement are to be submitted to and approved by the National Assembly of Zambia.
