DOMESTIC USER. Section B-1. Eligible Domestic User A Domestic User is a person regularly engaged in purchasing eligible ELS cotton for the purpose of manufacturing such cotton into cotton products in the United States. In the event the cotton is not used for that purpose, the payment received shall be returned immediately and with interest.

To cover a Non-registered domestic partner or the non- registered domestic partner’s dependent(s), the employee must meet and agree to the specifications set forth on an “Affidavit for Enrollment of Domestic Partners.” The employee must submit the affidavit to the Employee Benefits Division of the Department of Human Resources. Any premium paid by the County on behalf of the domestic partner or the domestic partner’s dependent(s) shall be considered taxable income for Federal and State taxes to the employee with domestic partner coverage pursuant to the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code and the California Revenue and Taxation Code.

  • Domestic Partners For contracts of $100,000 or more, Contractor certifies that Contractor is in compliance with Public Contract Code section 10295.3.

  • Licensed Real Estate Agent(s) If Buyer or Seller have hired the services of licensed real estate agent(s) to perform representation on their behalf, he/she/they shall be entitled to payment for their services as outlined in their separate written agreement.

  • Searchable Whois Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, Registry Operator must offer a searchable Whois service compliant with the requirements described in Section 1.10 of Specification 4 of this Agreement. Registry Operator must make available the services only to authenticated users after they logged in by supplying proper credentials (i.e., user name and password). Registry Operator must issue such credentials exclusively to eligible users and institutions that supply sufficient proof of their legitimate interest in this feature (e.g., law enforcement agencies).
