Donation of Land and Developer Funded Improvements. In the event that the School Board is considering acceptance of an offer by a developer to donate land and/or fund the construction of an a public educational facility shown in the adopted Tentative District Educational Facilities Plan, the School Board shall advise the County of the offer and cooperate with the County in determining the amount of any impact fee credit that may be due.
