Obligations of the School Board. 3.1 The School Board will, for the purposes of this Agreement, permit the LCTCS to utilize the area formally used by Donaldsonville High School for vocational training (the “Industrial Arts Building”) for the LCTCS to use in furnishing the educational and training programs contemplated by this Agreement, together with any other areas deemed available for use by the designees of the School Board.
Obligations of the School Board. 1. The SCHOOL BOARD shall maintain sole responsibility for the instruction, education, and welfare of its pupils. The SCHOOL BOARD shall be responsible for providing adequate staffing necessary to maintain the highest level of quality education for its pupils and appropriate INTERN and UNIVERSITY staff orientations.
Obligations of the School Board. The School Board is hereby obligated to, and agrees to: Prepare all necessary engineering design, permitting, and construction plans for the construction of right-of-way improvements to Lake Worth Road and Southview Road, as identified on Exhibit “A”, hereinafter referred to as the “Project”. Administer the construction of the Project so that it will be completed prior to July 31, 2005, unless extended by mutual agreement of the parties. Provide the County and the City the opportunity to review and approve and permit the plans for the right-of-way improvements prior to construction. Provide invoices to the City and the County identifying their respective share of the costs of design, permitting, and construction with the exception of the traffic signal, which have been agreed to and attached as Exhibit “B”. Pay the County the School Board’s proportionate share of the traffic signal as identified in Exhibit ”B”. The invoices shall be subject to review and approval by the School Board and shall be reimbursed to the County within 30 days after receipt.
