Donation of Sick Days to Individuals. a. A teacher may volunteer to donate one or more of his own sick days in whole day increments, up to 10% of his accumulated sick days, to any individual who qualifies under the guidelines listed below. b. Any teacher with fewer than fifty (50) sick days is ineligible to donate days. c. The decision to donate sick days is irrevocable. The individual donating days will complete a Sick Day Donation Form. 1.) d. Unused sick days for each individual case will not be charged.
