  • Reimbursement for Expenses Consultant shall not be reimbursed for any expenses unless authorized in writing by City.

  • Liability for expenses Each party will pay its own expenses incurred in negotiating, executing, stamping and registering this Participation Agreement.

  • Transfer Expenses A transferred employee is expected to make arrangements to move expeditiously but this should not exceed a period of one year from date of transfer, except where there is a specific agreement between the employee and local management for an extension. The employee must provide in writing his/her intention to move to the supervisor, prior to receiving payment for any applicable living expenses.
