Common use of Donor Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Donor Restrictions. An Employee may donate any amount of vacation leave to which he is entitled provided the donation does not cause the Employee's vacation leave bank to fall below 80 hours. The donation shall be accounted for in a dollar amount equal to the hours donated multiplied by the hourly pay of the donor.
