Downstream Entity Contracts. 10.1 If any services under this Contract are to be provided by a Downstream Entity on behalf of County, County shall ensure that such subcontracts are in compliance with 42 CFR Sections 422.504, 423.505, 438.3(k), and 438.414. Such subcontracts shall include all language required by DHCS and CMS as provided in this Contract, including but not limited to, the following:
