Draft Operations and Maintenance Budget. The draft operations and maintenance budget for the District for the upcoming year, to be submitted to the Town on an annual basis, including all proposed expenditures and revenue sources for the payment of all expenditures to operate and maintain the Public Improvements to the Maintenance Standard. The Draft Operations and Maintenance Budget will also include the budgeted and actual revenues and expenditures from the previous year and the budgeted and estimated year end revenues and expenditures for the current year.
