Draft Tech Memo 5. Needs Analysis Consultant shall prepare a draft and revised Tech Memo 5 to identify transportation gaps and deficiencies consistent with OAR 660-012-0030, and to build on Tech Memos 1 through 4 work to date. Consultant shall distribute draft to City and APM prior to broader distribution to CAC; City and APM will provide comments. Consultant shall make revisions to incorporate such comments and distribute revised draft Tech Memo 5 to CAC at least two weeks prior to CAC Meeting #2. Draft Tech Memo 5 must include identified needs in the 2011 TSP that remain. Draft Tech Memo 5 must consider needs for safe routes to key destinations including existing and planned schools, trails, and parks provided by the City. Draft Tech Memo 5. Future Systems Conditions Consultant shall prepare Draft Tech Memo 5, an assessment of land use and transportation future conditions in the Project Area under a “no-build” scenario. In preparing “no-build” scenario, Consultant shall rely only on planned transportation improvements that have an identified and committed funding source (e.g. are in the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program).   • Licensed Documentation If commercially available, Licensee shall have the option to require the Contractor to deliver, at Contractor’s expense: (i) one (1) hard copy and one (1) master electronic copy of the Documentation in a mutually agreeable format; (ii) based on hard copy instructions for access by downloading from the Internet

  • Reference Materials The Board agrees to continue to make available to employees the reference materials maintained by the district. Principals are encouraged to provide additional reference materials of high use in schools where feasible.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specification Document This Agreement shall be interpreted with reference to the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document.

  • Intellectual Property Rights in Construction Documents, Drawings, and Models The drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Design Professional pursuant to this Contract (including, without limitation, the Construction Documents), are the property of the Owner, whether or not the Project for which they are made commences or completes construction. Neither the Contractor nor any Subcontractor or material or equipment supplier shall own or claim a copyright in such drawings, Specifications, and other similar or related documents; Owner shall retain all common law, statutory, and other intellectual property rights with respect thereto. The Contractor must deliver remaining copies of such documents to the Owner upon request or upon completion of the Work, except that the Contractor may keep one copy of such documents for its files. The Contractor shall only use such drawings, Specifications and other documents for this Project. Neither the Contractor nor any Subcontractor or material or equipment supplier may use such drawings, Specifications, and other documents on other projects without the specific written consent of the Owner. All models are the property of the Owner.

  • Course Materials The adoption of any course materials, print or electronic, after a Course Agreement is signed will require an agreed and signed addendum.

  • Technical Data For the purpose of this Agreement, "TECHNICAL DATA" shall mean all information of the Company in written, graphic or tangible form relating to any and all products which are developed, formulated and/or manufactured by the Company, as such information exists as of the Effective Date or is developed by the Company during the term hereof.

  • Source Documentation Accounting records must be supported by such source documentation as canceled checks, bank statements, invoices, paid bills, donor letters, time and attendance records, activity reports, travel reports, contractual and consultant agreements, and subaward documentation. All supporting documentation should be clearly identified with the Award and general ledger accounts which are to be charged or credited.

  • Technical Information The Employer agrees to provide to the Union such information that is available relating to employees in the bargaining unit, as may be required by the Union for collective bargaining purposes.

  • Product Data Illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by Developer to illustrate a material, product, or system for some portion of the Work.
