DRIVER DRESS AND APPEARANCE STANDARD. 1. Appropriate attire that conveys a professional image will be worn by all drivers when operating a vehicle in SNEMT service. Clothing must remain in good repair, and not appear damaged or worn out. 2. Drivers will be required to adhere to grooming and appearance standards, such as but not limited to the following: a. Clothing must be neat, clean and pressed, and in good condition and proper fitting. All shirts/blouses must be tucked in and only the top button may be left unbuttoned; b. Beards must be clean and neatly trimmed; c. Shoes or boots must cover the foot completely and be in good repair, polished and cleaned.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Contractor’s Staff Identification Contractor shall provide, at Contractor’s expense, all staff providing services under this Contract with a photo identification badge.

  • Customer Service Standards The Franchising Authority hereby adopts the customer service standards set forth in Part 76, §76.309 of the FCC’s rules and regulations, as amended. The Grantee shall comply in all respects with the customer service requirements established by the FCC.
