CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGES The Employer will pay employees pursuant to the wage schedule attached hereto as Schedule “A” and forming part of this Collective Agreement.
Authorization of Overtime All overtime work must be authorized by the employee's immediate Manager.
LEAVE FOR PROVINCIAL CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS 1. The employer shall grant a leave of absence without pay to an employee designated by the BCTF for the purpose of preparing for, participating in or conducting negotiations as a member of the provincial bargaining team of the BCTF. 2. To facilitate the administration of this clause, when leave without pay is granted, the employer shall maintain salary and benefits for the employee and the BCTF shall reimburse the employer for the salary costs. 3. Any other leaves of absence granted for provincial bargaining activities shall be granted on the basis that the salary and benefits of the employees continue and the BCTF shall reimburse the employer for the salary costs of any teacher employed to replace a teacher granted leave. 4. Any leaves of absence granted for local bargaining activities shall be granted in accordance with the Previous Local Agreement.
Remittances Generally All payments by any Lender to Agent shall be made by the time and on the day set forth in this Agreement, in immediately available funds. If no time for payment is specified or if payment is due on demand by Agent and request for payment is made by Agent by 11:00 a.m. on a Business Day, payment shall be made by Lender not later than 2:00 p.m. on such day, and if request is made after 11:00 a.m., then payment shall be made by 11:00 a.m. on the next Business Day. Payment by Agent to any Lender shall be made by wire transfer, in the type of funds received by Agent. Any such payment shall be subject to Agent’s right of offset for any amounts due from such Lender under the Loan Documents.

Banking of Overtime (i) Tour Workers who work in excess of eight (8) consecutive hours shall have the option of receiving the overtime premium on the basis of this Section or of receiving straight time for hours in excess of eight (8) consecutive hours and taking equivalent time off in units of not less than four (4) hours at the hourly rate for the job when the work was performed, at a time suitable to the employee and the Company during the contract year. Any overtime remaining at the end of the contract year in which it is banked may be carried over to the next contract year for purposes of taking equivalent time off. If equivalent time off is not taken by the end of the contract year following the contract year in which it is earned, the Company shall pay the deferred one-half premium pay. Tour Workers who choose to bank overtime may later re-elect to receive the deferred one-half premium pay. (ii) Day Workers who work in excess of ten (10) hours in a day shall have the option of receiving the overtime premium on the basis of this Section or of receiving straight time for hours in excess of ten (10) hours in a day and taking equivalent time off in units of not less than four (4) hours at the hourly rate for the job when the work was performed, at a time suitable to the employee and the Company during the contract year. Services Generally Commencing on the Listing Date and continuing until the Termination Date, to the extent reasonably requested by the Company, the Service Provider shall render to the Company, by and through such of the Service Provider’s officers, employees, independent contractors, consultants, agents, representatives and affiliates as the Service Provider, in its sole discretion, may designate from time to time, support and administrative services (collectively, the “Services”), including research, due diligence, transaction process management and execution, information technology, public and investor relations, legal, facilities management, back office, vendor management, accounting, book and record keeping, cash management, secretarial services and other services in connection with identifying and evaluating potential initial Business Combination targets that the Service Provider may recommend to the Company; provided that the Service Provider shall not provide any investment advice to the Company.
