Driving Guidelines Sample Clauses
Driving Guidelines. When driving a motor vehicle, the following actions shall be performed by a Stunt Person, in which case the Stunt Person may also act as the Stunt Coordinator:
a) When one or more wheels leave the driving surface.
b) When tire traction is interrupted (e.g., during skids or slides).
c) When the driver’s vision is significantly affected by dust particles or liquids (when driving through water, mud, sand, etc.), a blinding light, substantial covering of the windshield, smoke or any other condition affecting the driver’s normal vision.
d) When an aircraft or helicopter is flying in the immediate vicinity of the vehicle, thereby creating dangerous driving conditions.
e) Each time the vehicle speed exceeds a safe limit for the condition of the driving surface, when two or more vehicles are in close proximity, in unusual road conditions, when obstacles or a difficult terrain create dangerous conditions for the driver, passengers, film crew, passersby or the vehicle, or when driving off road other than under normal driving conditions for which the vehicle was designed.
