Droits de douane et autres frais 1. Dans toute la mesure où sa législation et sa réglementation nationales le permettent et sur une base de réciprocité, chaque Partie contractante exempte les entreprises de transport aérien désignées de l'autre Partie contractante des restrictions à l'importation, des droits de douane, des taxes d'accise, des frais d'inspection et des autres taxes et droits nationaux sur les aéronefs, les carburants, les huiles lubrifiantes, les fournitures techniques consomptibles, les pièces de rechange, notamment les moteurs, l'équipement normal des aéronefs, les provisions de bord (y compris les spiritueux, le tabac et autres produits destinés à la vente en quantités limitées aux passagers xxxxxx le vol) et les autres articles que l’on prévoit d’utiliser ou que l’on utilise exclusivement pour l'exploitation ou l'entretien des aéronefs de cette entreprise, de même que les stocks de billets imprimés, les lettres de transport aérien, les imprimés portant le symbole de l’entreprise et le matériel publicitaire habituel distribué gratuitement par cette entreprise. 2. Les exemptions accordées relativement aux objets visés au paragraphe 1 du présent article s’appliquent lorsque ces objets sont : a) introduits sur le territoire de l'une des Parties contractantes par une entreprise de transport aérien désignée de l'autre Partie contractante ou en son nom ; b) conservés à bord des aéronefs d’une entreprise de transport aérien désignée de l'une des Parties contractantes au moment de l'arrivée sur le territoire de l'autre Partie contractante, ou au départ du territoire de cette dernière ; c) pris à bord des aéronefs d'une entreprise de transport aérien désignée de l'une des Parties contractantes sur le territoire de l'autre Partie contractante ; indépendamment du fait que ces objets soient ou non utilisés ou consommés entièrement sur le territoire de la Partie contractante qui accorde l'exemption, pourvu que ces objets ne soient pas aliénés sur le territoire de ladite Partie contractante. 3. L'équipement habituel des aéronefs ainsi que les fournitures et les approvisionnements généralement conservés à bord des aéronefs d'une entreprise de transport aérien désignée de l'une des Parties contractantes ne peuvent être déchargés sur le territoire de l'autre Partie contractante qu'avec l'approbation des autorités douanières de ce territoire.   • Copyright To the extent permitted by Title 17 of the United States Code, the Work Product is deemed a work for hire and all copyrights in such Work Product are the property of the City. In the event it is ever determined that any Work Product is not a work for hire under United States law, the Consultant hereby assigns to the City all copyrights to such works when and as created.

  • Copyrights As to any deliverables containing copyrightable subject matter, the Contractor agrees that upon their creation, such deliverables shall be considered as work made-for-hire by the Contractor for the City and the City shall own all copyrights in and to such deliverables, provided however, that nothing in this Paragraph 38 shall negate the City’s sole or joint ownership of any such deliverables arising by virtue of the City’s sole or joint authorship of such deliverables. Should by operation of law, such deliverables not be considered works made-for-hire, the Contractor hereby assigns to the City (and agrees to cause each of its employees providing services to the City hereunder to execute, acknowledge, and deliver an assignment to the City of) all worldwide right, title, and interest in and to such deliverables. With respect to such work made- for-hire, the Contractor agrees to execute, acknowledge, and deliver and cause each of its employees providing services to the City hereunder to execute, acknowledge, and deliver a work- made-for-hire agreement, in a form to be reasonably approved by the City, to the City upon delivery of such deliverables to the City or at such other time as the City may request.

  • Contract Rights Not Exclusive The rights to payment of Indemnifiable Amounts and advancement of Indemnifiable Expenses provided by this Agreement shall be in addition to, but not exclusive of, any other rights which Indemnitee may have at any time under applicable law, the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation or By-laws, or any other agreement, vote of stockholders or directors (or a committee of directors), or otherwise, both as to action in Indemnitee’s official capacity and as to action in any other capacity as a result of Indemnitee’s serving as a director or officer of the Company.

  • COPYRIGHT NOTICE The placement of a copyright notice on any Confidential Information will not be construed to mean that such information has been published and will not release the other Party from its obligation of confidentiality hereunder.

  • Copyrights and Trademarks The Client represents to Developer and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Developer for inclusion in web pages are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Developer and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.

  • CITY RIGHTS This document does not impose an obligation on the City to: (a) grant Development Consent for the Development; or (b) exercise any function under the Act in relation to a change to an environmental planning instrument, including the making or revocation of an environmental planning instrument.

  • Publicity Rights (a) The Licensee grants Balsamiq the right to include the Licensee as a customer in Product promotional material. (b) Licensee can deny Balsamiq this right by submitting a written request via email to xxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx, requesting to be excluded from Product promotional material. Confirmation of such denial (via reply email) must be received prior to purchasing for this exclusion to be effective. (c) Should the Licensee come to be or already be included in Product promotional material, as a result of any prior purchases where the Licensee did not request exclusion from Product promotional material, the Licensee can at any point in time, submit a written request via email to xxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx to have Balsamiq remove the Licensee's name from Product promotional material. Upon receipt of such request, Balsamiq will remove any reference to the Licensee from such promotional material within 30 days and make no further reference to the Licensee.

  • Patents, Copyrights, etc The Company and each of its Subsidiaries owns or possesses the requisite licenses or rights to use all patents, patent applications, patent rights, inventions, know-how, trade secrets, trademarks, trademark applications, service marks, service names, trade names and copyrights (“Intellectual Property”) necessary to enable it to conduct its business as now operated (and, as presently contemplated to be operated in the future); there is no claim or action by any person pertaining to, or proceeding pending, or to the Company’s knowledge threatened, which challenges the right of the Company or of a Subsidiary with respect to any Intellectual Property necessary to enable it to conduct its business as now operated (and, as presently contemplated to be operated in the future); to the best of the Company’s knowledge, the Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ current and intended products, services and processes do not infringe on any Intellectual Property or other rights held by any person; and the Company is unaware of any facts or circumstances which might give rise to any of the foregoing. The Company and each of its Subsidiaries have taken reasonable security measures to protect the secrecy, confidentiality and value of their Intellectual Property.

  • Franchises, Patents, Copyrights, Etc Each of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries possesses all franchises, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, licenses and permits, and rights in respect of the foregoing, adequate for the conduct of its business substantially as now conducted without known conflict with any rights of others.

  • Grant of Copyright License Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to OIDF and to recipients of software distributed by OIDF a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works.
