Dropping of License. Any teacher dropping a license in accordance with Section 5.7 of this Agreement shall provide notice to the School District’s Human Resources office prior to October 1. A teacher failing to provide notice in accordance with this timeline shall not be permitted, in the School District’s discretion, to exercise seniority to displace another teacher and the School District may place the teacher on ULA without the right to exercise bumping or realignment rights.
