Drug Interaction Database Limitations. This section shall be applicable if Licensee has licensed any drug interaction module or program from TRIARQ. Licensee shall not modify any drug interaction databases or information with respect to any particular drug provided by TRIARQ. Further, if any such databases or information are distributed, Licensee shall include one of the following two disclaimers at the top of any patient-education material provided to patients which contains such database or other information: NOTE: The following information is intended to supplement, and not substitute for, the expertise and judgment of your physician, pharmacist or other healthcare professional (Provider). It should not be construed to indicate that use of the drug is safe, appropriate or effective for you. Consult your healthcare professional before taking this drug.
