INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT SERVICES. 12.1. SHIFT4 does not normally offer or utilize remote installation or support services. If it is determined that Merchant requires such services, Merchant will pay the additional cost, must obtain SHIFT4’s written permission, and must execute a separate hold-harmless agreement to protect SHIFT4 from any claimed loss, damage, or action arising out of or relating to those remote services.
INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT SERVICES. 4. 2. 1. unless agreed otherwise in writing, TELKOM shall be responsible for installation of the SOFTWARE. TELKOM shall be responsible for configuring and installing any required disk storage systems, network software, application servers, DESIGNATED UNITS and computer terminals and workstations prior to installation of the SOFTWARE. It is recorded that upon TELKOM's request and on terms to be agreed upon separately, in writing, SAP AFRICA will provide installation services, pre- installation support, installation support, configuration, training and consulting services in respect of the SOFTWARE;
INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT SERVICES. For the first Five (5) years from date of commercial launch of the Services, the SERVICE PROVIDER has agreed to allocate, set aside, and disburse an annual amount of not less than United States Currency: Ten Thousand Dollars (US$10,000.00) covering the initial deployment and implementation of the Services (including installation, testing, and training) prior to commercial launch, and the succeeding annual support services which costs shall be recovered by the SERVICE PROVIDER in accordance with paragraph 8.10 of this Agreement. The operational details on installation and support services are outlined in the Service Level Agreement. The said deployment costs shall not cover those costs and expenses for the development of the TELUPAY Software, which development costs and expenses shall be for the sole and exclusive account of the SERVICE PROVIDER and/or its licensor, Telupay (M.E) FZE as the absolute owner of the TELUPAY Software. This allocation shall not exceed the following amounts (the "Installation and Support Services Allocation") for the stated anniversary years reckoned from date of commercial launch of the Services: YEAR MAXIMUM AMOUNT 1 Ten Thousand U.S. Dollars (US$ 10,000.00)
INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT SERVICES. No Implementation, Installation, or Support Services are included under this Agreement. Licensee is responsible for acquiring implementation, installation, and support services from Triarq or a Triarq Partner under a separate agreement.
