Common use of Drug Screen Clause in Contracts

Drug Screen. This Agreement is contingent upon the Executive’s successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen. In the event that, for any reason, such drug screen shall not be successfully completed, this Agreement shall be null and void and the Company and the Executive shall have no obligations hereunder.

In the event that, for any reason, such drug screen shall not be successfully completed, this Agreement shall be null and void and the Company and the Executive Employee shall have no obligations hereunder.
