Common use of Drugs, Alcohol and Smoking Clause in Contracts

Drugs, Alcohol and Smoking. The District maintains a drug and alcohol free workplace. Architect shall prohibit the use of drugs and alcohol on District premises at all times. The District also maintains all its properties as smoke free, tobacco free environments. Smoking and tobacco use (including electronic cigarettes, e-vapor, chewing tobacco and snuff) is not permitted on any District property; Architect shall require all its employees, agents and representatives and its Architects to refrain from smoking and tobacco use on District property.
