Common use of Drugs, Medicines, and Medical Clause in Contracts

Drugs, Medicines, and Medical. Procedures No teacher is required to administer medicine, drugs, or medical invasive procedures to student(s). Any Employee who administers oral medication to a student in substantial compliance with the prescription or written instructions of the student’s physician or dentist shall be held harmless if there is any court or legal action as a result of the administration of medication or medical invasive procedure.
