Dual Certifications. Employees who hold dual certifications and who work at least 50% of their hours in the higher certification from April 1 to November 30 shall have their vacation and compensatory benefits paid at the higher rate between December 1 and March 31. They will be paid at the rate at which they are working immediately prior to taking vacation or sick leave from March 31 to November 30.
