Dual Credit Courses Offered at High School. Upon the agreement of the LEA and the POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION, courses may be offered at high school sites. In these instances, courses shall follow established LEA site time blocks.

Dual Credit Courses Offered at High School. Upon the agreement of the DISTRICT/CHARTER and the COLLEGE, courses may be offered at high school sites. In these instances, courses shall follow established DISTRICT/CHARTER or SCHOOL site time blocks. All students in a dual credit course offered in a high school setting shall be taking the class for dual credit.

  • Total Credit Award GO-Biz, upon approval by the Committee and conditioned upon the requirements set forth in this Agreement, will award Taxpayer a California Competes Tax Credit ("CCTC") in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) (“Credit”). Specifically, Taxpayer is receiving a CCTC against the “net tax” as defined in RTC section 17039, or the “tax” as defined in RTC section 23036, as applicable, pursuant to RTC section 17059.2 or 23689, as applicable.
