Site Time. A. Site time shall be defined as the number of hours per day teachers are expected to be on site, including instruction time and planning, recess, lunch, nutrition and, at departmentalized levels, passing periods. Site time shall not typically exceed seven (7) hours per day. B. Teachers shall be free to leave at the dismissal of their students: 1) On days when the teacher returns after regular hours for a District program; or to hold parent conferences as set for in Section 5 B. 2) On not more than four (4) additional days each year during the term of this Agreement for attendance at Association general meetings (such meetings shall not be scheduled on minimum days and will be held on District property). 3) On days before legal holidays and spring recess. C. On days when employees are scheduled to work but pupils are not scheduled to be present, the workday shall be seven (7) hours. D. Elementary Grades Recess: In grades 1 through 3, there shall be at least 25 minutes per day of recess time during the school day schedule Monday through Thursday, or an equivalent time allotment per week. On Friday, in grades one through three, recess shall be 15 minutes. In grades four and five, there shall be at least 15 minutes of recess time during the school day schedule or an equivalent time allotment per week. The District will provide non-teaching personnel for the purpose of supervising fifteen (15) minutes of the daily recess requirement in grades one through five.

Teachers shall be at school at least thirty minutes prior to the tardy bell and shall be available during that time to meet with parents, students, and administrative personnel as needed. b. Teachers are expected to remain at school (a) a sufficient amount of time after their last class to take care of student needs, attend scheduled parent or administrative conferences or meetings, SSTs, IEPs and participate in assigned or voluntary adjunct duties, or (b) until 3:00 p.m., whichever is later.

Site Time. A. A certificated employee shall not be required to be on site, including lunch and relief periods, more than eight (8) hours per day. B. Flexible scheduling of hours will be allowed in the event it is necessary for certificated employees to perform their regular program responsibilities outside the normal program hours. The administration and certificated bargaining unit will mutually agree on flexible hour scheduling for specific programs. If an agreement cannot be reached, then the disagreement will be referred to mediation. Should an agreement not be reached in mediation, the Superintendent may invoke a schedule that attempts to meet both the needs of the program and the employees.

  • DNS update time Refers to the time measured from the reception of an EPP confirmation to a transform command on a domain name, until the name servers of the parent domain name answer “DNS queries” with data consistent with the change made. This only applies for changes to DNS information.

  • RDDS update time Refers to the time measured from the reception of an EPP confirmation to a transform command on a domain name, host or contact, up until the servers of the RDDS services reflect the changes made.

  • Crib Time (i) When an Employee is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time for the day or shift for two hours or more, he/she shall be allowed to take, without deduction of pay, a crib time of twenty minutes in duration immediately after such ceasing time and thereafter, after each four hours of continuous work, he/she shall be allowed to take also, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 30 minutes in duration. (ii) In the event of an Employee remaining at work after the usual ceasing time without taking the crib time of twenty minutes and continuing at work for a period of two hours or more, he/she shall be regarded as having worked twenty minutes more than the time worked and be paid accordingly.

  • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.

  • Wash-Up Time 37.01 Where the Employer determines there is a clear-cut need, wash-up time, to a maximum of ten (10) minutes immediately before the end of a work period, will be permitted.

  • Flex Time Upon agreement of the supervisor's immediate supervisor, an individual flex-time schedule may be established.

  • Response Time PROVIDING PARTY shall respond to and resolve any problems in connection with the Corporate Services for RECEIVING PARTY within a commercially reasonable period of time, using response and proposed resolution times consistent with its response and resolution of such problems for itself.
