School Sites definition

School Sites means collectively the School Sites, as defined in the DBFM Agreement, upon which the Schools will be located, as shown in Schedule “B” attached hereto.
School Sites means School Site No. 1, School Site No. 2 and School Site No. 6.
School Sites means any part of Reserve Lands upon which school facilities and buildings, related ornamental lawn areas, parking lots, sports fields and play areas are located;

More Definitions of School Sites

School Sites means the lands on which the Schools are required to be constructed (excluding all fixtures and improvements constructed thereon) as described in Schedule 12, and “School Site” means any one of them;

School Sites dated as of August 11, 2016, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Memorandum of School Agreement, dated as of September 27, 2022 (the “First Amendment to School Agreement”, together with the Original School Agreement, and as may be further amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, collectively, the “School Agreement”), by and between the School District and Master Developer (as defined below). A copy of the School Agreement was provided as part of the Property Materials. Pursuant to Section 3 of the First Amendment to School Agreement, Master Developer and the School Board have agreed that the School will be in a location in substantially the same location in the Property as set forth in the Revised Land Use Plan (the “Village 2 School Site”). The Village 2 School Site is included in the Property to be purchased by Buyer pursuant to this Agreement. The parties acknowledge and agree that the Revised Land Use Plan and any future parent final maps or other parcel maps for Village 2 shall include the Village 2 School Site as required by the School Agreement, and that pursuant to Section 3.4, upon the final determination of the location of the Village 2 School Site (the “Final School Location”) by Buyer and the School District, Buyer shall cause any Survey to be updated to show the location and boundaries of the Village 2 School Site.

School Sites means those certain tracts of land situated in Utah County, Utah and more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto.

Related to School Sites

  • School Site means the land set aside for each type of school, such as Elementary, Junior High, Senior High operated by the School Board, including but not limited to municipal school reserve;

  • School bus means every motor vehicle owned by a public or governmental agency or private school and operated for the transportation of pupils, children of pupils, teachers and other persons acting in a supervisory capacity, to or from school or school activities, or, privately owned and operated for compensation for the transportation of pupils, children of pupils, teachers and other persons acting in a supervisory capacity to or from school or school activities (Education Law §11[1] and Vehicle and Traffic Law §142).

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • School building means any building in which any of the instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by a school is conducted, whether or not any instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by the school is being conducted in the school building at the time a criminal offense is committed.

  • School campus means all areas of the property under the jurisdiction of the school that are accessible to students during the school day.

  • Archaeological site means a geographic locality in Washington, including but not limited to, submerged and submersible lands and the bed of the sea within the state's jurisdiction, that contains archaeological objects.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.
