Responsibilities and Duties The Executive’s duties shall consist of such duties and responsibilities as are consistent with the position of a Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Global Strategic Partnerships, including duties and responsibilities as are mutually determined from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) and the Executive.
Responsibilities of the Licensee The Licensee shall develop and maintain an inspection system intended to ensure quality of service and standards of sanitation and cleanliness. This system shall include written records of inspections made. These records shall be made available to the Licensor upon request.
General Duties and Responsibilities 1. Responsibilities under the General Conditions of the Contract for Construction: In addition to the responsibilities herein set forth, Consulting Engineer/Architect agrees to be responsible for those matters identified in the General Conditions as being responsibilities of the Consulting Engineer/Architect. Consulting Engineer/Architect specifically acknowledges receipt of a copy of the General Conditions and acceptance of the responsibilities as set forth therein.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTIES A. BellSouth will include billing number information associated with resold exchange lines or SPNP arrangements in its LIDB. <<customer_name>> will request any toll billing exceptions via the Local Service Request (LSR) form used to order resold exchange lines, or the SPNP service request form used to order SPNP arrangements.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EMPLOYER 1. The Employer agrees to display the following notices supplied by DHS in a prominent place that is clearly visible to prospective employees and all employees who are to be verified through the system:
Position and Duties (i) During the Employment Period, (A) the Executive's position (including status, offices, titles and reporting requirements), authority, duties and responsibilities shall be at least commensurate in all material respects with the most significant of those held, exercised and assigned at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date and (B) the Executive's services shall be performed at the location where the Executive was employed immediately preceding the Effective Date or any office or location less than 35 miles from such location.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY City or its representative shall issue all communications to Contractor. City has the authority to request changes in the work in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and with the terms in Exhibit A – Scope of Work. City has the authority to stop work or to suspend any work.
