Common use of Dual Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Dual Enrollment. Ref. Idaho Code § 33-5205(3)(r) and 33-203 Students enrolled in NVA will be allowed to participate in dual enrollment with traditional public schools as required by Idaho Code 33-203. Dual enrollment options will be subject to district procedures as allowed in Idaho Code 33-203(1). Parents will be provided information concerning dual enrollment options and requirements. State funding of a dually enrolled student will be only to the extent of the student’s participation in the public school programs. Dual enrollment will include the option of enrollment in a post-secondary institution. Any credits earned from the accredited post-secondary institution will be credited toward graduation requirements as outlined in AHCS Board Policy.
