Career Pathways. Career Pathways are called Standard, Professional, Model and Lead. Interval is the term used to describe movement on the pay scale within a Career Pathway. Each Career Pathway has a number of intervals. Achievement Units (AUs) describe the knowledge and skills that are necessary for an educator to move up the new pay scale. When educators accumulate 12 AUs they move one interval along a Career Pathway. The BTU and the Board will continue to develop and facilitate the various components of the BPPSLP and create a research base and body of evidence upon which the Program will improve professional practices, increase student learning, and increase career acceleration and opportunities.

Career Pathways. Under WIOA, the County, in coordination with service providers and partners, will continue to lead efforts in the area to develop and implement career pathways by aligning the employment, training, education and supportive services that are needed by adults and dislocated workers to gain employment. Initiatives will be developed to identify employment needs of employers within identified sectors and occupations. Efforts will include enhancing communication, coordination, and collaboration among employers, educational partners, economic development entities, and service providers to develop and implement strategies for meeting the employment and skill needs of workers and employers.
Career Pathways. SBPBC and PBSC agree to cooperate in the advancement of the Career Pathways Program. Working through a Career Pathways partnership, SBPBC and PBSC personnel have identified courses and programs that can articulate from SBPBC to PBSC to help prepare students for associate degrees and baccalaureate studies.

Career Pathways. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been developed to support and promote the Career Pathways Consortium within the Pasco-Hernando region. The MOU will be reviewed and revised annually. The Consortium will provide rigorous curriculum integrating academics and career technical education. In addition, the Consortium will enable students to transition secondary educational learning experiences to post-secondary college credit, industry certification and graduation. The Career Pathways Consortium will provide the following services to Pasco County students and PHSC students:

Career Pathways. The employer’s LEVELUP programme (or equivalent) is designed to recognise competence and expertise and promote progression and development for employees. The LEVELUP programme has been developed in consultation with the Unions and it is agreed that agreement will be required prior to any change. Schedule One provides the LEVELUP Levels and Wage Rates. Schedule Five provides the LEVELUP pathways for relevant occupational roles. The parties agree that the provisions of the LEVELUP Policy document as well as the Progression set out in that policy are enforceable by the parties to the Agreement.
