DUBAI (UAE. If the supply of Merchandise and Sale takes place in Dubai, the following terms shall apply and form an integral part of the Agreement:
DUBAI (UAE. During both the Contracting Term and the employment Term, Executive shall primarily perform Executive’s duties at both the offices of Company and remotely, although it is anticipated that Executive will be required to travel from time to time in connection with the performance of Executive’s duties, and Executive may also perform responsibilities remotely as consistent with the conduct of Executive’s duties.
