Due Date and Invoice. (a) Payments of the Contract Price and Exercise Price shall be made in accordance with the Payment Terms. (b) All amounts stated on each monthly invoice are due and payable thirty (30) days from WinStar's receipt of the invoice ("Due Date"). WinStar agrees to remit payment to Xxxxxxxx at the remittance address set forth in the applicable invoice.
