Common use of Dues and Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

Dues and Subscriptions. City agrees to pay for professional dues and subscriptions of Employee necessary for continuation and full participation in national, regional, state and local associations, and organizations necessary and desirable for Employee’s continued professional participation, growth and advancement, and for the good of the City.

Dues and Subscriptions. The City agrees to shall pay for the professional dues and subscriptions of Employee EMPLOYEE necessary for his continuation and full participation in national, regional, state and local associations, and organizations necessary and desirable for Employee’s continued appropriate professional participation, growth and advancement, and for the good of the Cityorganizations.

Dues and Subscriptions. The City agrees to pay for the professional dues and subscriptions of Employee it approves as reasonably necessary and desirable for Employee’s continuation and full participation in national, regional, state state, and local associations, associations and organizations necessary and desirable for Employee’s continued professional participation, her development and growth and advancement, and for as a manager of the good business of the City. Additionally, the City shall pay for other memberships and subscriptions on behalf of the Employee, which the City Council, in its exclusive discretion, approves in advance.

Subject to prior budgetary approval by City, City agrees to pay for the professional dues and subscriptions of Employee necessary for continuation and full participation in national, regional, state state, and local associations, and organizations necessary and desirable for Employee’s continued professional participation, growth growth, and advancement, and for the good of the City. This includes membership in the International City and County Managers Associations.
