Common use of Dues Calculations Clause in Contracts

Dues Calculations. Any member that is contracted up to and including 25 hours (5 hours or less daily) will pay 1 ½ times their hourly contracted step rate. Over 25 hours (5.25 hours daily or more) will pay 2 ½ times their hourly contracted step rate. Dues will be divided equally between pay periods. Dues are calculated on contracted step rate of pay.
