DUES DEDUCTION, FAIR SHARE FEE. Section 1: It is agreed between CITY and FOP 38 that CITY will deduct periodic dues, initiation fees and assessments of unit members of FOP 38 from the paycheck of all unit members who have signed proper written legal deduction authorizations and who are covered by this Agreement. The Treasurer of FOP 38 will promptly issue a receipt to CITY for all dues, fees and assessments as provided to him.
