Common use of Dues Deduction Written Authorization Clause in Contracts

Dues Deduction Written Authorization. An employee wishing to have Association dues/fees deducted from his/her paycheck shall provide a signed/written payroll deduction authorization form/card to KCC. Upon receipt of and after processing this form/card KCC will then make equal deductions from each of the employee's paychecks and will electronically transfer the authorized amounts to the Association's bank account.
