Definition of Bargaining Unit Member. This Article applies to all employees in the bargaining unit. The bargaining unit is described in Article I. All employees in the bargaining unit are "bargaining unit members". The Michigan Education Association ("MEA") and Xxxxxxx Faculty Association ("KFA" or "Association") represent all employees in the bargaining unit.

Definition of Bargaining Unit Member. A. As used herein, the terms of professional staff member(s), and bargaining unit member(s) shall be interpreted to mean those persons included in the bargaining unit as described in Section 101, above.
