DUES OR SERVICE CHARGE CHECKOFF. 15-1 During the term of this Agreement and to the extent the laws of the State of Michigan permit and as provided in this Article, the University shall deduct one month’s current and periodic Union dues or service charge from the pay of each employee who voluntarily executes and delivers to the University the following authorization form: ARTICLE 15A
