Remittance to Union. A deposit approximating the amount of dues so deducted shall be remitted to the Union on payday, and the reconciled amount will be supplied to the Union within thirty (30) days after the deductions are made, together with a list of affected employees.
Remittance to Union. The amounts deducted in accordance with 6.01 shall be remitted to the designated official of the Union within thirty (30) days after deductions are made and shall be accompanied by particulars identifying each employee and the amount of the deduction made on behalf of each employee.
Remittance to Union. The Employer shall instruct the Auditor to deduct the dues from each payroll check. Dues deducted pursuant to this Article shall be remitted to the Union within a reasonable amount of time but in no case later than thirty (30) days from the deduction. Any alleged error in dues deduction must be submitted in writing no later than the calendar month following the alleged error or will be deemed waived.

The amounts to be deducted shall be certified to the Employer by the treasurer of the Union, and the aggregate deductions of all employees shall be remitted, together with an itemized statement, to the treasurer by the fifteenth (15th) of the succeeding month, after such deductions are made.
Remittance to Union. The Company, as such deductions are made, shall promptly remit the same to the Union by checks payable to it, which shall be sent to its Financial Secretary, together with a list on which shall be indicated the employees from whom such deductions were made.
Remittance to Union. All Union dues deducted employees shall be remitted to the Local's Treasurer within two (2) weeks of every second pay period.
Remittance to Union. All sums deducted by the District shall be remitted to the Union at the Union's then current address for notices once each month by the 10th calendar day of the month following the month in which the deductions were made, together with a list of names of each employee for whom a deduction was made and the amount of such deduction.

In addition to the above the Employer will provide the Union with a complete listing of all the following for the period of time being reported: i) New hires ii) Terminations iii) Promotions iv) Demotions v) Lateral transfers

It is understood that this method applies while the required deductions remain as a percentage of gross earnings. A change of instruction may require a different time plan.
