Dunnage. The User shall be responsible for controlling and removing Dunnage from the Berth Corridor and shall ensure compliance with statutory requirements in connection with foreign Dunnage. The User shall remove all Dunnage from the Berth Corridor at the conclusion of its operations. Failure to comply with this requirement will subject the User to the provisions of Subsection 4.5.
