Term of Contract The term of this Contract shall be one (1) year commencing on the last date of approval by DIR and Vendor. Prior to expiration of the original term, DIR and Vendor may extend the Contract, upon mutual agreement, for up to three (3) optional one-year terms. Additionally, the parties by mutual agreement may extend the term for up to ninety (90) additional calendar days.
DURATION OF CONTRACT 3.1 The Post is a permanent full time Post.
Period of Contract All obligations of Purchaser shall be discharged not later than “Termination Date” stated in A15, unless it is adjusted pursuant to B8.21 or B8.212 or extended pursuant to B8.23 or B8.32, except- ing only those obligations for which Forest Service has given written permission to delay performance. Such writ- ten permission shall be considered a Contract Term Ad- justment for the purpose of Purchaser completing per- formance of obligations covered by such permission.
Term of Contract; Contract Extension The Contract will be in effect from the Effective Date (15 December 2016) through 31 December 2018. DAS, in its sole discretion, may extend this Contract for additional terms beyond the original term, prior to Termination or expiration, one or more times for a combined total period not to exceed the complete length of the original term.
Type of Contract The contract will be a one (1) year term contract from the date of award. Upon mutual agreement by the contractor and OSP, the contract may be renewed on a year-to-year basis, for up to (six (6)) additional (one year terms) or a portion thereof. In no event shall the total contract term be more than seven (7) years.
Form of Contract The form of contract for this solicitation shall be the Request for Proposal, the awarded proposal(s) and best and final offer(s), and properly issued and reviewed purchase orders referencing the requirements of the Request for Proposals. If a vendor submitting an offer requires TIPS and/or TIPS Member to sign an additional agreement, a copy of the proposed agreement must be included with the proposal. Vendor contract documents: TIPS will review proposed vendor contract documents. Vendor’s contract document shall not become part of TIPS’s contract with vendor unless and until an authorized representative of TIPS reviews and approves it.
Scope of Contract This Contract specifies the contractual terms and conditions by which County will procure and receive goods/services from Contractor as set forth in the Scope of Work, which is attached hereto as Attachment A and incorporated by this reference.
TIME OF CONTRACT This Contract shall commence on , and shall terminate on . Certificate(s) of Insurance must be current on day Contract commences and if scheduled to lapse prior to termination date, must be automatically updated before final payment may be made to Contractor. The final invoice must be submitted within 30 days of completion of the stated scope of services.
Amendment of Contract Period The parties may modify the contract termination date by written supplemental agreement prior to the date of termination as set forth in Article 6, Supplemental Agreements, of attachment A, General Provisions, provided, however, that the termination date may, in no event, be extended past the fifth anniversary of execution.
EFFECTIVE DATE OF CONTRACT This contract shall not become effective until and unless approved by the City of Nashua.
